difference between weighfeeder and beltscale

ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Hi PILearner, in general you can say a belt scale only measures the flow of material that is running over the belt. Also the total amount of material will be measured. A weight feeder is doing the same, but the belt and/or material feed will be controlled to get a certainmaterial flowthat you have set as set point. Attached you find two sketches to illustrate this.
