Hi everyone, I am new to wincc flexible and plc.. im having problems connecting the plc to wincc flexible..searched the forums for a solution, did what i could find but problem still exists..the error i get is similar to the one mentioned here/tf/WW/en/Posts/54923 and one other thing i created a tag, data type BOOL..which accodring to my understanding can give me either 0 or 1, however, when i run the simulation, the max and min values are 0 and -1 respectively..anyone know y? hope u guys can assist me.. thanks

Hello, there are some helpfull FAQ about this issues: What should you watch out for when setting up a connection between S7-200 and SIMATIC Panels or WinCC flexible PC Runtime and what are the options? What settings have to be made for a PROFIBUS DP connection between a panel or a PC with WinCC flexible Runtime and an S7-200? That a bool shows you -1 in the simulation is normal. best regards |
