Dear all, i am really new with S5, i got a machine using s5-100u cpu 103. i am going to convert to S7. i got cp521 in slot 0 and slot 4 (both cp521 don't have memory submodule). analog input in slot 1. analog output in slot 2. and ip 266 in slot 7. the rest is digital i/o till slot 19. my question are: 1. in s7 i use 6ES7 340-1AH02-0AE0 (cp 340 rs232) for cp521, is this correct? 2. in s7 i use 6ES7 354-1AH01-0AE0 (fm354) for ip 266, is this correct? 3. i attach my s5 program, could anyone please take a look at it and tell me what is the cp521 config? i.e: mode (transparent ascii or ??), baud rate, etc that i need to config in cp340. 4. what is the db number in s5 which is use for cp521 send and receive? hello, both CP521 has V24, no busy, no HW-handshake, any parity,and ASCII interpretive. CP1: 4800 baud 1 startbit, 7 databits, 1 paritybit, 1 stoppbit CP2 9600 baud 1 startbit, 8 databits, 1 stoppbit Regards
