REGARDING EXCESS USE OF CURVE IN KTP 1000 BASIC COLOUR PN

In this project we are using 13 pid . customer wants all PV,SP,MV in trends view. so no of curves is 39 (for 13 pid). but while compiling it shows system limit is 25. u canot use 39 curves. so please suggest me how to overcome this problem . it is an urgent. regards satya suravit ray

If there is only one PID trend on the screen then you can solve the problem by doing some data multiplexing in the PLC. Once done you can have as many PID trends as you like. But there is one disadvantage of course. The trend curves have to be started at zero seconds everytime you enter the PID screen. So there will not be the previous seconds/minutes displayed. Otherwise a mixup of different PID curves might be shown. Not perfect but probably acceptable. Best regards Michael
