NORM_X & SCALE_X

I have references example for NORM_X and SCALLING of s71200_system_manual_en-US.pdf pages 221. I fill the min = -27648 & max = 27648 of NORM_X, and then i connect to Scale_x with min = 0 & max = 300. when i inject the voltage to high condition, i don't get the value 300. i use this system of console with VB.net. I use module of AI (analog input) SM 1231 AI8 6ES7 231-4HF30-0XB0. i change -5volt/+5volt at voltage range.

I think by entering a zero of min value and 27648 of max value , then the output from the NORM_X connected to the input value of SCALE_X with min 0 and max value of 300 is enough to get the correct value, and then sent to VB.net.Do you agree?
