Jengeese Posts: 84 Rating: (0)	Hi all, We have had a problem in a fan application with G120. We noticed that there was no minimum RPM for the motor and when we do Basic Commisioning problem solved with minimum rpm 100. the question that i want to ask is which parameters effected by basic commisioning? because I afraid to do it for not losing control and status things between PLC and Drive. Is there any listlike; "automatic adjustment --> effected parameters" match etc??

Marko Bursic Posts: 1410 Rating: (154)	Of course, this phenomena is related too all VFDs. A sensorless vector control is not capable to determine the speed of rotor at such low frequencies. The motor is stalled and it draws a large current, this is normal. The only way to control motor speed from 0Hz is to use an encoder feedback, that it will provide the exact speed (you need a CU with this possibility).
