Alarm message Profinet on HMI

Dutch_Johnny Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I have the following system: - CPU: 414-3 - HMI: TP2200 Comfort (2x) - Distributed I/O: IM 153-4 (6x) - Distributed I/O: Valve Terminals (9x) I am working with TIA Portal V12 SP1. All stations and HMI are connected with profinet. I want this: - When a connection to 1 of the distributed I/O's fail I want a message on my HMI like: "Station x not reachable" So I need a trigger bit for activating my alarm messages. Is there anyone who have a solution for this? Thanx, Johnny.

There is a solution available for STEP 7 (FB126): Diagnostic package PNIODiag for diagnostic evaluation for PROFIBUS DP and PROFINET IO Perhaps , you can use it for S7-300/400 in TIA portal with migration of STEP 7 project.This is what you can try and update the result here.

What I do now is the following: - Insert the diag overview from the toolbox folder There you can see if there is any fault on a station. But what I like to add is an alarm when OB 86 is called, so the operator know when there is a failure. Is there a way to set a alarm bit when OB 86 is called?
