However, it's possible to include WinCC project in Step7 project to fulfill TIA(Totally Integrated Automation) concept. If you have only WinCC project you can see what's happeninginPLC(imeanhowtagschange),butyoucan'tseePLC'scode.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	Thanks for stars:^) You can have 2 standalone projects - everything would work. In this case you don't need to add something in Step7 project - it wouldn't "know" WinCC exists. WinCC would use S7Protocol Suite as i remember. You can make CP5613 (or similar) master in PROFIBUS network, PLC as slave (not all). In this case it would be master-slave communications. Requires configuring in PLC and PC with WinCC. But think it's not your case - it's quite specific.....
