G120, spindle motor takes 13ms to reach 6000RPM. How can I reduce this delay

Piyush Chovatiya Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	I have use G120 CU250S-2 with spindle motor 1PH8103-1DF02-2CA1. If i run spindle at 6000RPM, it taken 13ms to reach at 6000RPM. so, how can i reduce this delay to reach at given RPM.

Page3 : http://www.leadshine.com/Pdf/Calculation.pdf If your motor and inverter has enought torque, please check the parametersettings of your project. Maybe a torquelimitation is active.

It's quite simple. 1. What is your total inertia. 2. How much torque do you need to accelerate that ineria to full speed in the given time. 3.Can your motor and drive handle it. If you can't answer this, then go to someone who can. You are not qualified.
