Changing the Mode of a Profibus node from the user program.

MLAWR Member Joined: 10/23/2006 Last visit: 3/20/2025 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello, Is it possible to connect / disconnect from cyclic processing, nodes on the integrated Profibus network of our CPU 315-2 PN/DP? and if so which block (classic S7) should I use. I found how to achive this for nodes connecing via the CP342-5 using DP_CTRL (FC4), but this doesn't seem to work for the integrated DP network. All help is greatly appreciated. Best Regards Michael

Best Regards Michael Hello MLAWR, For integral DP port , you can try SFC12: Disabling DP slaves after startup of the CPU Enabling a disabled DP slave with SFC 12 "D_ACT_DP" Notes for the use of the system function SFC12 "D_ACT_DP" I hope this helps, Hamid Hosseini
