Hello Martins;

Profibus does not allow bit-level transfers.

To change a bit value in (for example) PQW256, you must send a new word value, preferably in HEX.

Could you show a screencapture of the Profibus configuration that shows the same I/Oaddresses used in many slaves? This is something I have never seen, and it goes contrary to all Profibus specs.

Actually, the reason that your I/O addresses must be unique over the network is so you can connect to specific values from different drives (or any other type of slave) over the bus. You cannot use the network address (or the diagnostic address for that matter) to seek information on the slave registers.
