Is possible edit/modify comfort panel in wincc flexible 2008 sp3?

I want configure system like this, h/w: s7-300 plc and TP1500(Comfort panel ). s/w: Simatic manager(not TIA portal) and Wincc flexible 2008 sp3. is possible? If impossible. if I use Basic panel TP1500. is this alright? I hope use the Simatic manager and wincc flexible 2008 sp3. Thanks.

Perhaps the following link might help: Combined configuration with WinCC (TIA Portal) and STEP 7 V5.x When you use TP1500 Basic, it could be programmed using WinCC flexible 2008 SP3. If I use h/w: S7-300, Comfort Panel, s/w: Simatic Manager, TIA Portal WinCC, and "Device proxy PLC". I hope managed one project file. It's means when I open project in Simatic Manager, and i saw PLC station and HMI station under the Project name, and run TIA Portal Wincc when i click HMI station. this like.. integrated in project on the Wincc flexible 2008... is possible?
