Ashish Sangal 9630096668 The main cause of CPU entering STOP mode would be "Event 3502" and it comes from the fact , you defined sampling rate of cyclic OBs to fast that it violates the OB1 maximum execution time . To avoid that, please distribute the ececution load by selecting an optimized execution rate for each OB3X.You can not have too many fast cyclic interrupts in a system, try to change and test again. Help on Event 3x02: Cause: The requested block or FRB is already being processed or the previous processing request for the same block or FRB is not yet completed. The call period for the block or FRB is possibly shorter than the run time of the block or FRB extended by the run time of blocks in the same or higher priority classes still waiting to be processed. To correct or avoid errors: Check the program run time and the call period of the blocks that were processed since the last processing request or that are still waiting to be processed. FRB = Function Request Block, relates to M7

Follow the setps: Categorize all your task as how they are critical and what is your process requirement for sampling time.Normally, processes with a longer response can be categorized as slow processes.processes that include long heating/cooling time machine with slow speeds can be considered as slow process and can tolerate a sample time of 500ms.Consult this categorization with a process engineering expert . In HW.Config, in properties of CPU-->Cycle intterupts, adjust the time and priority for each OB3X.Select those options only due to your requirements. Now, call each block ,part of your machine, in a selected OB3X based on the speed they should be executed.
