DC_MASTER SG70 DriveES parametrization PROFIBUS problem

Daldo Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi I use DriveES for parameterization trought PROFIBUS. I have 2 kinds of drives. AC(masterdrive) parameterization using DriveES working OK and DC drive (Dc master SG70 v 2.0) I cannot establish connection to this converter. (drive monitor status still NC-no connected) Profibus interface on converter is working well, because I control it from PLC normally. There is only problem with parametrization over PROFIBUS using DriveEs. See Attachment... Dc Master SG70 v2 Profibus address in HW config = 6 P918 = 6 (bus address index 001) P927 = CB parameterization is enabled I try tu change P051 to 40 (all access) but still parametrization over PROFIBUS no working. Any idea why it is not working? it is necessary for me to parametrization drives over Profibus Soft: Step7v5.5 driveES v5.5 Thx Attachment 1.jpg (313 Downloads)

KSN Diamond Expert Joined: 8/25/2006 Last visit: 1/11/2026 Posts: 2221 Rating: (282)	Hello. Are you sure your Simoreg drive have CBP card installed, not CBP2? Check online settings in DriveMonitor, there should be Profibus. Check what interface is selected in Set PG/PC Interface.

Daldo Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Yes i wrote a serial number of in picture and same is configured in hw config. Interface is ok because on same subnet no problem connect to masterdrive.

Daldo Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Problem is solved I'm changed comunication board in converter CBP (0FF0) to CBP2 (0FF5) and it is working.. So it was hardware problem
