Hi,

this is ok the WOW64 key is for a 64bit system.

If you Operation System is 32bit then the key you found is the right.
After deleting the Key and Directorys reboot the PC and the install it

Hello Christoph

This seems like never ending mess.

After uninstalling everything ,i am not able to install software .

Itried installing TIA portal 13 ,it ended with same error.

Also another machine i have has TIA 12,i uninstalled 12 and tried 13 but another erre came,find the attached screen shot of the same.kindly have a look and suggest accordingly.

Check the following:
Got to the directory C:\Windows\Installer and check if the files exists and is <> 0 kB

you can try the following:

Delete the named file in C:\Windows\Installer
Search the Registry for this msi file and delete this entrys.
delete the TEMP directory on the PC before start a new installation

Note!
C:\Windows\Installer is a hidden protected system directory , to display it in the Windows explorer you must set the Option "show hidden Folders" and uncheck the option "hide protected system files"
