We are using Wincc Flexible 2008 runtime , 2048 tag license in our machine.

At present it is showing license defective.

Kindly suggest, How to rectify this?

I am trying to send support request with Simatic Authorisation/license. But I am not able to send the support request.

Did you checked licence status on software ALM? 

Please first check. And if you found that the license is corrupted, you have to contact Siemens to get another licence for free. You will pay only the dispatch fees of the licence memory stick.

They will need from you the license number and scan of the hard copy licence and log file exported from ALM software.
