Hi Johan,

It will be most helpful if you said what PLC you intend to use and what program language you prefer. I suggest the following steps..
1. convert INT value to REAL (S7=1x00: CONV instruction in LAD)
2. take the new REAL value and divide by 1000.0

#NewValue := INT_TO_REAL( IN := #MyValue ) / 1000.0;

#NewValue is declared as a REAL and #MyValue as INT.

I will give you some extra info that was more convenient been Yes PLC = 1212C AC/DC/RLY Programming language is LAD here under another image of how I now had tried but the point is still too far behind

.. please have a look at my SCL code example - you need one step more.

Please also use the "DIV" (divide) instruction. NOTE: the " .0 " in " 1000.0 "
