Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Importing technical Question of a user Hi xxx! I am a customer,and i have a problem about Win AC and Win CC flexible and i want to have a support from you. I have a project content the following devices: PC 677, IM 153-1, 2 Module DI/DO and AI, MP370,MP277,OP77A,TP177micro,TD200,Mobile Panel 170, Software: Win CC flexible 2005 SP1, Win AC RTX, Step 7 pro 5.4. I want to built a automation system using Win AC RTX in PC 677, IM153-1and HMIs comunication via Profibus.All HMIs are configured by Win CC flexible.I have just connected Win LC with IM153-1 by using Station Configuration and Step 7 but i haven't connected Win LC with HMI using Win CC flexible. When i use Win CC flexible , at "Communication " i don't see built a connect between HMI with Win AC. At there have only S7-200,S7-300/400,OPC and some another PLCs. When i install Win CC flexible i don't see it request intergrate S7 into Win CC flexible as we see at Protool software.Did i have missing when installing or it is? Can you help me sole this proplem and Can you help me how to built a this system and what things do ihave to have include hardware and sotfware? Thanks for your help Best Regard Chucpv

This should be work During the installation from WinCC flexible there are no point like "Integrate in STEP 7". In STEP 7 you create a PC Station. In the configuration you choose the flexible RT and after then the flexible Project are integrated in STEP 7. Notes: WinCC flexible must be installed after the STEP 7 installation. regards, Attachment Pic_01.zip (237 Downloads)

I have created a project following your intruction but now i have a problem.I have a inductrial PC - PC677(integrated aCP5611 for communicaton)and a IM153-1, some HMI .on PC -677 I install Win AC RTX and using it as PC Station of my Project.My project integrate Win ACRTX, IM153-1. HMI, Win CC flexible.When i download my project to Win AC RTX inStationConfiguaratiori have to use CP 5611 as a submodule of Win LC RTX and in Simatic Net i have to use PC internal but i only can dowload my project to Win LC RTX, can't download to HMI ( in my project PC 677, IM133-1 HMI were connected by Profibus and have different address).to download to HMI i have to don't use CP 5611 as submodule in Station Configuration and in Simatic Net I have to use CP 5611 ( Profibus). So Can you say How to download a project from PC 677 to synchorous Win AC RTX( in my project it is PC Station) and HMI. And I have a other problem.I have a project in Win CC flexible for TP 177 micro but i don't know using what cable for communication between PC 677 and TP 177 micro.On TP177 micro have only Serial Chanel (tranfer Setting) and have only a port IF 1B - RS 485.On PC 677 have a RS 485 MPI/Dp port and a RS 232 port.In option of Trafer Setting in project Win CC flexible have twotype: Serial and Serial ( via USB - PPI cable ). Can you talk for me how download a project from Win CC flexible to TP177 micro and What cable using. Thanks for your help.

Furthermore, did you know this faq => http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22777304 To check all parameters during this "Forum" are not easy, because there are a lot of points which could be wrong (sorry). regards,
