Transparent network devices are the ones are on the network but configured in the HW config. Like repeaters hubs etc. They are influencing the network communication, and sometimes if there is a lot of them can cause disruptions. 

I look into the files you sent after I get home, I am busy at work now days. Try to find something we can start with.

The Yellow question mark in the offline configuration means the referenced GSD file is missing from the PG you are using. I found a topic you should read:

GSD file not available

The way I understand it, the GSD files describe the device for the DP master. So if there is something not right with the device GSD files, the CPU will have issues to communicate with device. So if the DP communication disrupted, random devices can go offline. The above referenced thread makes me believe, maybe this relates to your issue. At least something you need to have a look.

Here's an update, we again inspect all the PROFIBUS connector and the cable we changed all connector which always appear in the diagnostic buffer, we even checked and compare the program to the old back up program but nothing unusual so what we did we install a separate repeater for field stations and the other one to the DC drives and still we the bus communication speed stay in 500kbps.  

So far till date machine was running stable and hopefully it will continue like that.
