You will need a Siemens MMC card loaded with the firmware.
I suggest strongly that you search in these forum pages.. there was a user that offered to loan the card to people who needed it.

Else.. see if you can find a friendly Siemens Tech at your local Siemens office.

You can update CPU firmware using:

- Online properties of the CPU. Go to properties and select section Firmware update.

- WebServer. Once you are connected to your CPU, select your Station -> CPU -> At the bottom of the page you will find frame for firmware update

Careful !!    For the firmware V2.2 and earlier only the MMC was possible.
