Script to access screen items indexed by string variable

M_Reis Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello I have 3 circle objects in screen "Main", named "LED 0", "LED 1" and "LED 2" I'm trying to run a script similar to the following (to simplify): Dim Aux, i For i=0 to 2 Aux="LED " & Cstr(i) HmiRuntime.Screens("Main").ScreenItems(Aux).Visible=False Next ... but it doesn't work. What is wrong here? Thank you

The project you've created works fine but if I import it (screen and script) into my existing project is stops working -> The script debugger guives the information that screen item "LED 0" does'nt exist. But if I use 'HmiRuntime.Screens("Main2").ScreenItems("LED 0").Visible=False' it works fine. The exiting project has several scripts, but even if in the existing project I delete all the screens and the exiting scripts calls and just run the screen/script you send it keeps guiving error. Have no Idea of what can be inducing this error. ***** The reason I want to use this is because I need to represent Status LEDs (and text) for every conveyor on the screen. The LEDs are displayed when cliking on a conveyor, and the nr of LEDs visible vary with the type of conveyor. I found a way around, by creating an array with thc LED circle objects (with static Sreen Items names for each), tha I can then index. I would just like to use the more elegant way...
