one problem occurs during site ,

IN analog module full counts getting for 8mA current signal from the field side ,i hv get +32676 count in AI channel.

y full count is getting?

module number is 6ES7-134-4MB02-0AB0.

please give proper solution for this.

the module is only for current messurement with 2-wire transducer as you can see in the technical Data:

what kind of transducer do you have and what kind of messurement have you selected in your HW-Config?

In field side we have connected potentiometer 4 -20 mA output.

and in hardware configuration we have selected current 4-20 mA. 

please open attached snap for hardware confi.

You certainly have wrong connection on your module.

You selected 4-20mA and you connected a potentiometer. (This is wrong)

You need to connect the field correctly to your module (see attachment)

You mean that you have a transmitter after the potentiometer that converts the resistance to 4-20mA?

Getting the full range all the time could mean a short circuit. If you have a milliampere injector then try to inject current to the analog input channel after disconnecting the field and notice the value while changing the input.
