How to increase load memory and work memory in S7-1200 and S7- 200?

If I insert memory card in s7-1200 and s7-200. Do you think load memory and work memory increase to up?

S7-200:

Load memory is located on memory card (if present) or internal in CPU.

S7-1200:

Maybe have a look at the picture attached.
Some S7-200 models do allow you to increase the programming memory.

For the S7-1200.. it is important to note that the there are differences in memory sizes for the different  firmware versions.

From experience I can tell you that a program that filled the CPU224 (12kB) of memory, did not even fill half of the CPU1214. I should also say the the CPU1214 also had recipes stored in it where the CPU224 used external memory for those.
