Edit: One very abundant source for reliable documents and presentations on Profibus, Profinet and IOLink is, of course, the official site of Profibus International, Profibus.com.

Start by going  to the downlad section of the site, and look for Presentations, Installation Guides, Technical Descriptions and other documents that can help you in your search: any document that is not marked with the symbol of a key is available for free download (keyed documents are only available to members of PI, which is generally too expensive for us poor users and engineers).
