dcm standard cud communication

JUANSANCHEZ Posts: 251 Rating: (11)	hello, i have only dcm 6RA80 with STANDARD CUD. How can i do commissioning via scout? which cable i can connect with dcm? i did not connect dcm via profibus and ppi cable. best regards

KSN Diamond Member Joined: 8/25/2006 Last visit: 12/30/2025 Posts: 2221 Rating: (282)	Hello. There are only two ways to connect to Standard CUD: Profibus or serial port (COM) PPI. If you have not Profibus interface on your PC you should use serial port, look at the manual, chapter 8.4.2.4.
