I wish I could use GET_DIAG to know if a channel is in fault or not (like unplugged sensor fault).

Is there a way to do that ? 

I've found the GET_DIAG documentations but I can't go through it...

you can use SFC59 RD_REC to a whole dataset from addressed module. For meaning of dataset information see documentation of module addressed.
