Hi, All.

When it comes to HMI model such as KTP 1000 BASIC DP(6AV6647-0AE11-3AX0), what I am trying to get access to the HMI via the software of WinCC Flexible 2008 using a PC Adapter(MPI/DP) cable. 

However, it has not been working now no matter how hard I investigate and try.

I am wondering why it has been failed it in order to access.

I am really appreciated if you can help me and give some advise for successfully connection between the PC and the HMI.

Which Version of WinCCflex 2008 you use exactly?
Which PC Adapter you use exactly?

Thank you for answering the question.

Please be informed that what you request what kind of cable type that is USB PC Adapter cable (6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0).

However, there`s no massage when the cable was connected to the HMI Panel if any problem.

I appreciate if you can inform me the other reason about that, as well as I would like to hear a good news from you to find solutions for me.

I am really concerned that it has been working on it for an month.
