MP370 touch, can not log on

veron Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone I met a strange problem on one MP370. After running about half a month, I can not log on to the MP370. The log window displayed but the password invalid. I don't select the function "password aging" on WinCC Flexible. After power off and on the MP370, it works again. Then the problem happened about half a month later. Could anybody help me on this problem ???

bunglehead Posts: 54 Rating: (3)	Hi, I worked with MP370 on two plants. I have seen such issue. The possible reason is that the account's blocked after 3 (as I remember) tries. It's a Wincc flex "feature" to block it. Only way to restore user account info is to reload the project on a panel (of course if you haven't made a trick with storing user account data on flash to restore it later).
