i only have plc in my laboratory, i want to study in home

What software do i need to simulation  on my pc??

for S7-1200 you need PLCSIM V13 or PLCSIM V13 SP1.

But only S7-1200 FW Version V4.x can be simulated!

Must i install tia v13, win cc v13, simplc v13??

yes you must update complet to V13 because the S7-1200 V4 can only created and configured in this Version, the version V11 is to old.

You need no more like:
TIA Step7 V13 Basic (for S7-1200 V4)
TIA WinCC V13 (depends which panel or hmi you will use)
TIA PLCSIM V13

All SW Packages must have the same Version (V13 or V13 SP1)

You can install the V13 Software sidebyside to you existing V11 Software (only WinCC Professional can only installed in one Version)

Startdrive and scout tia you don't need.

Safeyt only if you use a Safety F-PLc.

I think you should start with Step7, Wincc and PLCSIM.
