Run Scripts in Simatic WINCC Flexible Runtime

I have a question about the mechanism to run scripts by event tag - "Change Value" There is some tag taken from the PLC (Figure1), in the events of the tag - "Change value" I write a script (no matter what). So, if I have this script is not prescribed in the event of the main window (Figure 2) "Loaded", the script just is not called. The same situation, if I prescribe a script to the event "Loaded" single the window, and try to call it in another window. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 16644 Rating: (1944)	Hello Winniep00h first of all if you use a Tag Trigger for a Script to run you have to set the aquisition Mode to cyclic continous. SO that the Trigger works always. Second is to test if your script runs you can set an internal tag from 0 to 1 at the first beginning after the Tag declaration part. so perhaps the Script runs but crashes in the middle. you have also be careful using internal Tags for trigger read the Part 1 in the following FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/26165877 Its a flexible FAQ but still relevant in TIA Portal.
