We are using G120 Drive CU 240E-2 with PM 240;now we are facing problem that the drive is not starting after giving on command;

P840=722.0 ;Terminal 28,69 and 34 is short; when 24VDC is given by Terminal 9 to terminal 5; we are getting input which we are observing on starter but drive is not able to start also no fault or error comes. checked in status word OFF1 OFF2 every condition is healthy

Tried starting with Control Panel but it fails to start and gives error Switch on disable of drive is active; while status on control panel is ''ready to run''

CU firmware version is A02-4.4; i think its firmware is corrupted; as this module is out of warranty;i can not ask for replacement;

Is there any possibality that i can update firmware of this CU please advice.

Is this a new drive, or was it working before and now it suddenly isnt? If it was working fine before, what changed?

Hello, 

You have switch on disable for the drive meaning that you are missing enables for start. These should be OFF3, OFF2, RFG enable and RFG start, Setpoint enableand OFF1. All these should be 1 in order for the drive to start. and also Cotrol from plc if it is the case.

Hi, can you upload your parameters?

Your drive status should be either "Ready for Sw On" or "Ready".

Did you make P806 = 0 like Techteam suggested?
