What I want to know which versions are compatible with TIA v10.5 nad which with TIA v11. I found the next versions v2.2.0, 2.1.2, 2.0.3, 2.0.1, 1.0.2, 1.0.1 and 1.0.0. Thanks.

Hello syd_b, You need TIA Portal v11 to say precisely use STEP 7 v11 SP2 Update 5 so that it supports all the possible firmwares of the 6ES7 214-1BE30-0XB0. You can update the firmware using SIMATIC MC Card - Operating system updates for CPU 1214C, COMPACT CPU, AC/DC/Relay FYI With v10.5 it supports only FW 1

Independently of this, program also with the last version in your software. E.g. if a device has a FW newest as configured, he works as "compatibility mode" with then.
