WinCC Flexible Error:

cannot connect to configured SQL server

Solved !!!

(For 2008 SP2. Windows 7 Ultimate)

With:

1) Close WinCC Flex in the taskbar
2) Windows 7: File explorer address bar, insert the address:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data\WINCCFLEXEXPRESS

3) Delete the whole \WINCCFLEXEXPRESS library.

Restart WinCC Flexible project. And corrupt library will be rebuilt.
