Trouble with CPU and CP in S7-400H

Roman Abzaev Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello, All! I need some help from "Great Collective Mind"! Our customer have five "old" H-systems, based on CPU414-4H (MLFB 6ES7 414-4HJ04-0AB0 / FW4.0). All this systems are without IE-connections. There are plans for extending with CP443-1 (6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0 configured in HW-config like -1EX11- ). Four pairs are OK, but it's some trouble with one CPU in last pair. It doesn't work together with CP. CPU_A: - Error LED (EXTF). Not a force job. CP_A: Module not available (I/O access error or parameter assignment error) Preset/Actual mismatch: (inserted and configured module types are not the same) - Expected type: LAN communication processor (6GK7 443-1EX11-0XE0) - Current type: Unable to determine They tried to change CP (CPU_A+CP_B in rack 0, CPU_B+CP_A in rack1). They tried to change CPU (CPU_B+CP_A in rack 0, CPU_A+CP_B in rack1). They tried to install CP -1EX11 (CPU_A+CP, CPU_B+CP) Trouble is still conjuncted with CPU_A in any case. Do you any ideas for solution?

Let me know... if CP is working in other Rack then may be your Rack is Faulty. Hallo, Ammy! CPs aren't work with one certain CPU in any position in rack and in the other rack with this CPU.
