Hi All.

I've upgraded V13 Basic with SP1 and Update 1 and I can't connect to any PLC over router anymore. Local connections are working without problems.

Example configuration is as follows:

PC with TIA -> router with external IP that forwards port 102 -> PLC in local network.

Going online can detect PLC but just after that the connection breaks with information "Connection to PLC_1 terminated".

The same configuration if working fine with V13 without SP1.

Do I have to forward some additional ports or something?

I guess you should create a service report at Siemens with that.

I've tried but stuck on step 3. I've selected "STEP7 Basic V13 Remote access"

Neither Next or Back are active and can't do anything. I was trying with Opera and Explorer and the effect is the same. I'll try to call local support.

After beeing in touch with support for few days it seems that I can connect now.

Unfortunately I'm not really sure what helped :(

First thing was to delete network adapter to reinstall all the drivers - didn't helped.

Second was to install SIMATIC PC-Identifier V09.00.01.00_01.03.00.06 provided by support - didn't helped.

Third was (unfortunately in parallel ;() reinstalling network adapter's drivers again and installing trial version of PLCSim. One of those things helped.
