HI there

I have written a program where milk is heated in a double boiler first to 85 Deg C and then cooled to 42 Deg C

When I run the simulator the program runs perfectly, however when I run the operation the unit shuts off the gas solenoid when I reach the 42 Deg C already instead of staying on unit the 85 Deg C is reached.

Why would a Q2 contact close in reality when i doesn't in Simulator mode.
