 It is easy, even in LAD you can implement it:

2^n := EXP (n*LN (2))

for this more complicated tasks is very ussfeul de OSCAT library, you can add it as external souce the SCL's and use it in your program, it has a huge cuantity of maths functions.

For this case there is an alternative under special circumstances..

2^n := SHL ( 1, n );  // Shift left instruction
                                   // 2^n as DWORD then n : [0 .. 31 ]
