can i use IM151-1 HIGH FEATURE interface (6ES7151-1BA02-0AB0)  as standalone ?

no, it is just an interfacemodule with no CPU-function on it.

but there are ET200s-CPU available. Look at this:

6ES7151-8AB01-0AB0

thanks for fast reply have a look at this picture its from application in our plant I did not have any idea about using of 

IM151-1 HIGH FEATURE but it uses it from the picture as a slave with Elau PacDrive C400 controller as master  with HMI op170B so my question is how IM151-1 HIGH FEATURE programmed and how I can take a backup from it

you do not programm the IM151-1. It is a slave to your master. It is integrated to your mastersystem by GSD-file and provides inputs and outputs to your PLC. 

I don´t know the engineering Software of your master, but you should find something about the configuration of IM151-1 in it.
