menfarhat Advanced Member Joined: 6/10/2011 Last visit: 10/11/2025 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	hello I need your help, I 2 ASCON M5 regulator, a manager and a DX ASCON PLC S7 300 simens I want to play in both variabre ASCON by the PLC on the DX attraver manager my problem and my configuration ASCON DX manager in the PROFIBUS if you like it, how I can configure the DX manager in the PROFIBUS network and read the temperature by plc via DX manager?

In Simatic Manager you should assign a Profibus address which must be the same as gataway configuration. All the settings is according to http://www.asconcorp.com/library/pdf/delta2/DX_Programming.pdf There you should assign where will be send the temperature (which word/byte) in order Profibus Master (S7-300) to know where to read it. NADER BHS Posts: 85 Rating: (0)	Hello, I secceed to to configure the dx manager as a gateway from the inst bus to the field bus. My problem is when I recieve values from the regulator it appears converted in the plc E. g. The regulator send 31 it is received 8192 from plc
