I want to do a Tempature PID control with PT-100 and a analog 4-20mA valve (i dont know to say in english that)

When i doing fine tunning it gave an error after 7 hours i wait. Because my tank is so big. And maybe  Auto fine tuning is not possible..

Can it be a option to give parameters manually for PID. How can i fill and calculate PID parameters for manuel ?

 Tuning loop is possible:

1. Using tables in references like regeln mit SIMATIC
   
   
2. Using PID Tuners
   
   
3. Dynamic estimation of process and parameter optimization.Check HERE.This can be done by a humble calculator or an Excel sheet manually.
