I coded a project on Tia Portal V13, after reinstalling the windows, my project is lock, how can i slove this problem.

what do you mean with "Reinstalling Windows"?

Do you mean the Update to Windows 10 from a older Windows Version

without reinstall all the Applications?

Which TIA Version do you use exactly?

then you mut reinstall the SW too.

But it can be possible that the access is locked because other user account or something like this.

You can try to navigate in Windows Explorer to the project directory and change the access rights for the actual useraccount for this directory.

There was also some database issue that would caused that symptom if I remember.  There was some Microsoft fix that.  I can't remember the details, but a search for project locked or something would find the thread.
