It regularly happens that the entries under "mySupport" do not work properly. I am using Firefox V40.

Case 1:
When requesting to view the last viewed posts (https://support.industry.siemens.com/my/ww/en/lastviewed#lastViewed).
The text will appear and as soon as you move your mouse the text disappear. It also happens as soon as you select an entry, all the entries disappear.

Case 2:
When replying on a personal message, the message will appear and thereafter disappear. It will take several tries before a personal message reply is handled correctly.. if at all.

These are irritating issues that is becoming more regular than 2 months (?) ago.

thank you for the Feedback. I tested your 'Case 1' and I understand what you mean, in all Browsers the last viewed posts are displayed empty. Only if you choose it direct in mySupport (or from, for example, Product-Support) it will be shown correct. I don't understand why this happen, because the link is correct, but we will fix this.

I can't reproduce your second problem, but for testing I have only Firefox V38, I will check it in the evening again with a V40 Firefox. I will reply with my results.

It does seem to work the right way as you suggest. I will test some more late on. Possibly a script that initializes only when going through the "mySupport" (button) portal? Something to do with refresh method perhaps?

I have to check if this is the issue for messages too. Normally when I wish to reply I go via "personal messages" button.

Note 1..  if my theory is correct on the scripting-thing, then when you go through the "mySupport" portal, the issue will not be seen for as long as the web browser is open. I tested with a message reply going through the "mySupport" portal and it seems okay.. but it can be of less traffic too.

Note 2 .. tried again "all posts read" button, with only 2 entries and failed. Through "mySupport" works okay.

So I want to clarify the moment this problem occur. You can click on "Personal messages" in the mySupport Cockpit and see your messages and you can read them without problems, only if you want to reply (press the "reply"-Button) you get the empty page? Is this right?

When either variation 2 or 3 happens, several refresh / retry need to take place before a correct response is achieved.

It would be nice if there is someone that can confirm my experience... communication distance between me and the server may also be an issue. If it is just me that experience this issue.. then it is really not worth investigating this.

o yeah.. before I forget - - there is no emotion icons used in the messages and the messages does not always have multiple replies.

I tested your PM problem again during the day, and I still can't see it. But thank you for the detailed description, with this I know what happen and can describe it .

a short update:
In the meantime I have seen the failure with the grey reply in the personal messages, too (with Edge). I never get this with IE V10.
I have already send this failure to the persons in charge (and I hope it will be fixed soon), but I want to say you are not alone anymore
