can you expand the three Global -> bundles complete?

hm, have you cleanup the registry keys manually or with a regclean tool?

You can check the Registry for the following entrys:

{27E87380-B718-4080-A665-B0551D4F3FCC}
{022E8167-8410-4AA4-89D3-1EE6CA918A8A}
{E4551EA8-7F37-4517-BDBD-CDF07F1DAEDF}
{CCC710DD-3A54-11D6-92A8-00A0245B3AC6}
{CCC03FDD-3A54-11D6-92A8-00A0245B3AC6}

If you find it the export the key and delete it in the registry.
After that Check you system if an Directory exists with name "Portal V13", if yes delete it.

In the Registry you can also search for TIAP13 an clen this keys.

After this steps move all logfiles to a new directory so that the %AUTINLOG% directory is empty.

then you should try to install TIA V13.

 i did both, manually and regclean tool.

i found some of the regs you asked me, cleaned all of then and now im exporting all my licenses. after this i will reboot and try again.

yes i think the best is to format the system and install all SW Packages complete new.

You can search for other fragments in the registry but if t the end all keys are found and the SW is working correctly can nobody say.
