    i want to know 2 SCADA System communication without PLC .

means i have PC-1 and  PC-2 installed with wincc flex runtime  now i want to enter some value in PC-1 and same value should display in PC -2 .this system we do not have any PLC .

when you are talking about SCADA the most people think about WInCC V7.X

When you use WinCC flexible then you can use the SmartAccess Option.

You can use on of the flexible runtime as HTTP Server. you have only to set the option in Device Configuration.

then you can configure a new connection in the other flexible Runtime and use the driver "Simatic HMI HTTP Protocol"

here you can access the Tags of the HTTP Server Flexible Runtime via the Tagname in the adress field.

When you use the SmartAccess Option you have to use one License on every PC. Client and Server.

you can find a good manual in the Help System of wincc flexible . got to Options-> SmartAccess

Ihave use it only once but it runs without problems.

Other Option is to use OPC for communication. so one has to be a OPC Server ond one a OPC Client.

then its probably quite the same.
