I have tried to upgrade en 100 module firmware upgrade from 4.22 to 4.24 after that in module B firmware it is showing V32.48 AND THE ONLY SOLUTION IS REPLACING MODULE HARDWARE .

WHILE NORMALISING IT IS SHOWING AS PER ATTACHED BMP FILE.

i got this answer but really this can cause such issue?

The data packets size of latest firmware is vey high.
You may some time  face issue loading latest  EN100 module firmware to  A- CUP  Relays via front serial interface.
 
We request you to load the same using rear  Ethernet port. We have .PCK file for loading the EN100 modules thru rear port which is normally fast and we will not face similar issues.
