Communication between PG and PG and the pac 3200

hi am trying to set comms between the PG and the pac 3200. when i assign the IP address for both the PG and the meter the ping response is bad . i am not able to do any firm ware upgrade . how should i set up comms? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
