don't be afraid. If the System runs stable this is no problem. Sadly I did not know about the Run and Stop LED lit at the same time. This is surely a Problem, did I ask already which CP you use and which FW Version this CP has?

Just one more thing, if you have a AG_SEND with Word on the one side and AG_RECV with Byte on the other this is no problem too, because the Information about the Data type to be send will not be transferred. Here only the Data type set in the Source is important. So, I see no problem.
