I do not know what is the cause of your problem.
But I will make a guess.

Check by online what the firmware version on your PLC is.
Next check what the program is configured for.

The "default" for the software is to select a firmware version 4.1 when selecting a version 4. You might have a PLC that is firmware 4.0.   ... or there is another combination firmware miss-match issue - your project seems to be updated from a previous version (?).

Do know that firmware 4.x can be updated to firmware version 4.1.3 via a software loading. If however you have firmware 3.0, the PLC firmware cannot be updated.
