Several things to consider.

1. Does Siemens know about this problem?  Submit a "mySupport" new case for them.  If it is reproducible, note how it can be repeated.  Send your project to them so they can evaluate and possibly repair the software or at least pop up a reasonable message when it happens.

2. Have you tried any of the of the following and it still does not resolve the problem?

  a. Restart Portal

  b. Restart PC

  c. Reset PLC to factory defaults and download again

  d. Compile/rebuild followed by download just the hardware configuration, and if that works, download the software.

  e. If you can get the hardware configuration to download in d. above, create a new empty project and drag all your crashing project's DB/FC/FB/OB to the empty project ( to save it from being lost ).  Download the software that is left and see what happens.  If it works, drag your DBs back, compile and download.  If that works, download FBs, then FCs, and finally OBs.  If it all works, you have fixed it.

I am getting error s71200 internal system error (error code 0x0098d0003ddffc3) while downloading to s71212c PLC.

Do anybody have this problem ??
