I want to configure communicating between two DP master S7-400 (6ES7 414-3XM05-0AB0) via Profibus DP. Please show me how to setup hardware and programme for DP masters  in Step7 Manager!

yes it is possible,

you have to create a S7-connection and work with "USEND/URCV", BSEND/BRCV, "PUT, GET" -Blocks to get it solved.
